• The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)
  • ​The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) was established in 1963. It merged Chung Chi College, New Asia College, and United College. Landmarks such as Weiyuan Lake and Pavillion of Harmony attract many visitors to this place. ​
• The Twin Bridge
  • ​The Twin Bridge on Shing Mun River is a scenic pedestrian and bicycle bridge, offering a profound experience with twinkling lights and coastal views. It attracts those who appreciate its beauty, making it a Shatin landmark.
• ​Ma On Shan Park
  • Ma On Shan Park near Tolo Harbour offers a view of Pat Sin Leng mountains. The park covers an area of 5.5 hectares with various facilities including a mining history exhibition, maze garden, playground, jogging trails, pebble paths, and fitness equipment for the elderly. 
• ​Wu Kai Sha Pebbles Beach
  • The heart-shaped stone stacks on Wu Kai Sha Pebbles Beach attracted visitors, earning it the nickname "Heart of Hong Kong Ocean." But residents, concerned about marine ecology and scenery, restored the beach, making it unpopular and sparking an ecological conservation controversy.

• 香港中文大學
  • ​香港中文大學，通稱中文大學或中大，成立於1963年。它由崇基學院、新亞書院和聯合書院合併而成。合一亭、未圓湖等等地標也吸引了不少人來到此一遊。
• 雙子橋
  • 雙子橋又名「孖橋」，由兩條行人天橋平衡組成。在橋上向北可以欣賞開闊的吐露港，向南則可以遙望沙田城門河兩岸景色，尤以日落景色特別美麗。​
• 馬鞍山公園
  • 馬鞍山公園靠近吐露港海濱，可遠眺八仙嶺群峰。公園佔地 5.5 公頃，是一個適合各年齡層遊客前往休憩的設施，包括展覽場介紹採礦歷史、迷宮花園、兒童遊樂場、跑步徑、卵石小徑和適合長者使用的健身器材。其中，園內迷宮式設計的花園，以及觀景台尤為特別。
• 烏溪沙石灘
  • 烏溪沙石灘自從有人堆起心形石後，吸引許多人參觀，被稱為「香港海洋之心」。然而，石堆增加引起居民不滿，認為影響海洋生態和自然景觀。因此，居民恢復原貌，使沙灘不再熱門，成為生態保育爭議地。​
