• Yen Chua Tsai Tai Wong Yeh Temple  
  • Situated in Yuen Chau Tsai, Tai Po, the Temple is revered by the local fishermen. Annually, during the ten-day Tai Wong Yeh Festival, starting from the 6th day of the 5th lunar month, Cantonese operas are performed, making it a significant occasion for both the fishing community and residents in the area.
• WWF Island House
  • The former New Territories Government House, located in Yuen Chau Tsai, was built in the early 20th century and was designated as a declared monument in 1983. In 1986, the building was handed over by WWFHK for management. It was subsequently developed into the WWF Island House, dedicated to organizing various educational activities, promoting conservation, and sustainable living.
• Tai Po Railway Pier
  • The Tai Po Railway Ferry Pier, along with the former Tai Po Kau Train Station, used to be a vital transportation hub for both water and land routes. In the past, visitors would disembark at Tai Po Kau Station and walk to the pier, where they would then transfer to ferries to travel to the outlying islands in the northeast New Territories and Sai Kung North. 
    
• Hong Kong Science Park
  • Hong Kong Science Park features plazas, outdoor theatres, shops, restaurants, and the iconic "Golden Egg" Auditorium. Adjacent to Pak Shek Kok Promenade and Tolo Harbour, it's a rest stop for cyclists and ideal for family leisure.
• Ma Liu Shui Public Pier
  • Ma Liu Shui Public Pier serves as a major water transportation hub for traveling to various islands in the northeast of Hong Kong and to the northern part of Sai Kung. It is also the main gateway to several popular geological sites within the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark.

• 元洲仔大王爺廟
  • 元洲仔大王爺廟座落於大埔元洲仔。當地漁民敬仰大王爺，每年農歷五月初六起連續十天舉行慶祝活動，包括搭建棚台演戲，成為大埔區水陸居民熱切期待的盛事。​
• 元洲仔自然環境保護研究中心
  • 位於元洲仔的前新界政務司官邸於20世紀初建成，並在1983年被列為法定古蹟。1986年，建築物交由世界自然基金會香港分會管理，後發展成為元洲仔自然環境保護研究中心，用以舉辦各類教育活動，宣傳保育及可持續生活。
• 大埔鐵路碼頭
  • 大埔鐵路碼頭連同舊大埔滘火車站曾為水陸交通要衝。往日遊客會在大埔滘站下車然後步行至碼頭，再轉乘街渡前往新界東北的離島和西貢北。如今到訪的遊客則會到碼頭和燈塔「打卡」。​
• 香港科學園
  • 香港科學園園內有廣場、露天劇場、商舖和餐飲場所及著名的「金蛋」高錕會議中心等。科學園毗鄰白石角海濱長廊和吐露港，是騎單車中途休息站，適合親子消閒。
• 馬料水公眾碼頭
  • 馬料水公眾碼頭提供兩條渡輪航線（馬料水至黃石碼頭以及馬料水至東平洲），為前往香港東北各離島和西貢北的水路交通要點，亦是通往香港聯合國教科文組織世界地質公園内多個熱門地質景點的主要途徑。
