Centred around the themes of 'fluidity' and 'shores', we hope the participants' perspectives will inspire you to venture out on the trail, pick up your camera or show you a never-before-seen side of Hong Kong Island. Admission is free, but you are kindly asked to book a ticket prior to your visit.

Response to the "Round-the-Island Trail" on Hong Kong Island in the"2022 Policy Address"

We support the suggestion on a "Round-the-Island Trail" on Hong Kong Island in "The Chief Executive's 2022 Policy Address" delivered by the Chief Executive Mr John Lee yesterday.
The concept of Coastal Trail has long been supported by the community since our promotion. We are happy that the government initiative is in line with our objective of Coastal Trail. As proposed in the Policy Address, a completion of 90% of the trail is targeted in five years.
We believe that the initiative can promote a water-friendly environment and add variety to the activities of citizens. To cope with the missing links along the trail, we hope different government departments can better cooperate and support the initiative. We are looking forward to a more walkable and accessible coastal trail in Hong Kong Island.
